First release sell out at Mapmakers launch

House hunters snapped up the first homes to be released for sale at Mapmakers in Southampton with an impressive 20% of the entire development sold on the first weekend. The launch event offered a variety of 2 bedroom apartments and 2 & 3 bedroom houses.

Final family homes released by David Wilson Homes in Petersfield

New homes in Petersfield have proved so popular that just a handful of homes remain at the David Wilson Homes development.

Foxfield Grove has been a great success story for the five star housebuilder with the first homes reserved before the doors officially opened just 18 months ago and the final homes now available.

Sales director Michelle Storer said a combination of location, style and quality had attracted a wide range of buyers and just five homes now remain.

Striking house adds an air of elegance

It’s hardly surprising that over a long period of history humans have really taken to Hambledon in East Hampshire.
