“We predict another very busy year ahead as demand for property continues to soar and the development of new homes provides much needed stock to an undersupplied market,” continues Tom. “Our success is helped by a number of factors including the various Help to Buy schemes and a Government which is pro house building and home ownership, which have played a huge part in giving the market a boost at the start of this year and will assist us in achieving what we hope to be another record breaking year in 2016.”
