Register now for first phase of landmark scheme
Specialist housebuilder and brownfield developer Inland Homes is launching the first phase of 54 homes at its flagship Meridian Waterside development off plan on Saturday 8th October.
The sales launch will be held at St Mary’s Football stadium in Southampton from 10am to 4pm. Inland Homes is inviting all those interested in buying at Meridian Waterside to register with them by emailing sales@inlandplc.com or their selling agent Savills on Southampton_RDS@savills.com

Meridian Waterside is located on the site of the former Meridian TV studios. Development is well under way on the 350 home scheme, which will form a new gateway into the city via road from the east.
Inland Homes is planning four phases of one, two and three bedroom properties, set within courtyard gardens. There will be a new publicly accessible park set alongside the Northam Road, which will enable access to a new riverside walk.
The launch of Meridian Waterside follows on from Inland Homes’ successful appearance at the Southampton Boat Show, where visitors had the chance to see for themselves what the changing river vista will bring to the city.
