Living with their parents, Harry Mills and Emma Witney from Portsmouth really wanted to get a place of their own. At the beginning of the year, they had noticed a new development being built in central Portsmouth near Fratton which caught their eye.

“We were really keen to see what the apartments were like as we had seen them being built. Swaythling Housing Society invited us to view their show flat, and from that moment on, everything went really smoothly and a lot quicker than we thought!”

“Our first home together is perfect for what we were looking for. Its central location means we’re a good distance from work and family, and most of all its affordable”, said Harry and Emma.
