Keyworker purchases her new home through NewBuild HomeBuy

Claire, a recently qualified maths teacher, was keen to start afresh and buy her own home. Claire was aware that her Keyworker status would enable her to look into HomeBuy schemes, and would in fact result in her being a high priority to help.

“The whole process from the first viewing to moving in day was around 10 weeks, and it was much easier than I had ever imagined with the helpful staff at Radian. We now have a spacious 3 bedroom house we can call our own.”

Claire purchased a 30% share in her new home for just over £59,000, and now pays around £650 per month for her mortgage, rent on the remaining share, and service charges combined.
