Lettings firm, Penyards Property Management, is celebrating its 27th anniversary this month.

One of Winchester’s bastions of privately-owned business, Penyards Property Management is the largest lettings agency in Winchester and is a regular fixture at the top of the Rightmove rankings for new instructions and number of properties listed. It has a 13-strong team, comprising lettings managers, property managers and lettings negotiators, with a combined century of experience. Established as an independent business in 1995, it manages over 500 residential units across the county, and offers Client Money Protection, access to the Property Ombudsman and membership of the primary lettings trade body, the The Association of Residential Lettings Agents.

Recently, Penyards Property Management appointed a new Associate Director, Mike Turner, to strategically plan for the firm’s continual growth over the coming years. With years of experience in the industry, stretching from Hampshire, Surrey and West London, Mike was the natural choice to lead the team into further success.

Its estate management business has grown considerably over the last year, with additional services in Winchester, Oxford and Clapham.
